These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all tours, rentals and activities booked through Jungle Flight ("we", "us", "our") on Koh Phangan, Thailand. By booking a tour with us, you agree to these Terms.

Bookings are made by submitting the form on this website, which opens a WhatsApp message to us. A booking is confirmed once we reply on WhatsApp to confirm your date, time and tour. Payment is made in cash on arrival, in Thai Baht (THB), unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.
Riding an ATV is an adventure activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, uneven or muddy terrain, river crossings, and mechanical failure. These risks exist even when all safety instructions are followed.
By booking and participating in a tour, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks. Before your tour starts, you will be required to read and sign a separate liability waiver in person. Participation is not permitted without a signed waiver.
A helmet is provided and must be worn at all times while riding. We recommend closed-toe shoes, long trousers and sunglasses or goggles. Riders who refuse to wear provided safety equipment will not be permitted to ride.
All riders must follow the guide's instructions at all times, including speed limits, route, and stopping points. Riding off the marked route or ahead of the guide is not permitted.
Unless stated otherwise at the time of booking, payment is made in cash (THB) on arrival, before the tour begins.
We may reschedule or cancel a tour due to weather, safety conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel a confirmed booking, we will offer an alternative date or, where payment was already made, a full refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jungle Flight is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in a tour, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
